Step Into New Dawn

A curated 3-day wellness experience designed to help you step away from routine and return lighter.

New Dawn Studio

What is New Dawn?

NEW DAWN brings together movement, breath, stillness and connection, from first light to moonrise. This is not another wellness retreat filled with more activities and more doing.

This is a deliberate pause. A space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with what truly matters.

Over three days, you will move, breathe, rest, and reflect within the serene landscapes of ANMON. Every session is designed with intention, every moment an invitation to return to yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before the Festival

Where can I view the New Dawn programme?

You can view the full festival schedule here: View Festival Programme

The programme includes all practices, workshops and experiences taking place throughout the weekend.

How do I book the sessions I'd like to attend?

Session bookings will open in August 2026 via the official New Dawn booking portal: Open Booking Portal

All registered participants will receive an email at least two weeks before bookings open, with the booking date, step-by-step instructions, and everything needed to secure their preferred sessions.

I've already registered and paid for New Dawn. Do I still need to book my sessions?

Yes. Your New Dawn ticket grants you access to the festival, but all practice sessions require advance booking.

As multiple sessions take place simultaneously, you may book one session per timeslot. If overlapping bookings are made, our team may contact you to amend your selections so that more participants can enjoy the available spaces.

There will be an abundance of practices, workshops and experiences across the weekend, so we encourage you to explore the programme and choose the sessions that best support your personal journey.

Why do I see credits on the booking portal? Do I need credits to book sessions?

Yes. The booking system operates using credits.

Every registered participant will automatically receive 99 booking credits. Each session requires 1 credit, giving you more than enough credits to book every session you wish to attend, provided they do not overlap.

The credit system simply helps manage bookings and prevents duplicate reservations for the same timeslot.

Managing My Bookings

Can I change my session bookings?

Absolutely.

You may modify or cancel your bookings at any time before the session begins, subject to availability. If your preferred session still has available spaces, you're welcome to update your booking.

To help other participants secure their preferred sessions, we kindly encourage you to make any changes as early as possible. Releasing a spot in advance gives those on the waitlist a better opportunity to join the session.

Is there a cancellation policy?

While there are no penalties for cancelling a session, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking if you're no longer able to attend.

One of the beautiful principles of yoga is Karma Yoga—acting with mindfulness and consideration for others. By releasing your booking, you give another participant the opportunity to experience the session.

Cancellations can be made up until the session begins through the booking portal.

The session I'd like to attend is fully booked. Is there a waitlist?

Yes.

If a session has reached capacity, you can join the waitlist through the booking portal.

Should a place become available, you'll receive an email notification inviting you to confirm your booking. Spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis.

My preferred session is still full. What should I do?

As everyone will be staying within the beautiful ANMON Resort grounds, reserved spots that remain unclaimed 5 minutes before the session starts may be released to walk-in participants.

While entry cannot be guaranteed, it's always worth checking—you may just get a spot.

On the Day

What time should I arrive for my session?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your session begins.

This allows enough time to check in, settle into your practice space, and begin your experience without rushing.

Please note that any unclaimed reserved spots may be released to walk-in participants 5 minutes before the session starts. To avoid losing your reserved place, we encourage you to arrive early.

When will the practice venue open? Is there a late entry policy?

Session venues will open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

To preserve the experience for both participants and facilitators, we strongly encourage everyone to be seated at least 5 minutes before the session begins.

Any available spaces may be offered to walk-in participants 5 minutes before the session starts. Depending on the facilitator and the nature of the practice, late entry may not be permitted once the session has commenced.

Can I leave my belongings or yoga mat at the venue between sessions?

We kindly ask participants not to leave personal belongings or yoga mats unattended at any venue.

Between sessions, our team will be cleaning and preparing the space for the next practice. Even if you have consecutive sessions at the same venue, please take your belongings with you and return before your next session.

This helps us maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for everyone.
